Ko'Olina

Saturday was a pretty busy day for me. It started with babysitting 2 of our neighbors kids, Gunner and Emily. After those 2 hours we headed to our neighbors to have cake and watch Gunner open his birthday presents. Then we headed outside to the park and watched the kids run around and play. It was so hot out Riley's hair was all wet and sweaty! After we got all the kids back to our houses we all changed and headed to the Ko'Olina lagoons. These pictures don't really do this place justice. We didn't get there until about 5pm so it was a tad dark. But it's so pretty at Ko'Olina. It's the perfect spot to take the kids too. There aren't any waves crashing on you. Riley just played in the sand right where the water comes over your feet and was completely content. She had her bucket and shovel and didn't want to be disturbed! We all relaxed in the lagoon for a bit and then had a picnic on the beach. It was the perfect ending to an eventful day.
