The other day Riley and I were sitting on the couch together watching a movie while Hadley was napping. Riley looked over at me, rubbed my cheek and said, "Mom, you're my best friend." She made my heart melt! Let's hope she still feels that way when she's 16!
Don't count on it, but who knows? You were saying it to your mom, right.
